Our Code of Conduct and our Statement on Sustainability, outline our approach to how we aim to address environmental and social issues when performing our activities. The UN Global Compact and the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) are important points of reference in this area

EXCLUSIVE FINANCIAL INSTITUTION

Parkes and Yates is a deposit-taking institution and we report to the Financial Markets Authority. As a registered deposit-taking institution, we are subject to certain New Zealand rules and regulations. In particular, we respect Financial Markets Conduct Act 2013, NBDT Act 2013, Financial Service Provides (Registration and Dispute Resolution) Act 2008, and AML/CFT Act 2009 rules.

COMPANY POLICIES 

The Board of Parkes & Yates is the principal decision-making forum for the company.  It has overall responsibility for leading and controlling the company, and is accountable for its financial and operational performance. Every Parkes & Yates client can request to view company policies including Modern Slavery and Human Trafficking Statement, Code of Conduct, Anti-Money Laundering and Counter-Terrorism Financing, Anti-Bribery and Corruption Policy, Complaints and Dispute Resolution Policy and more.
